Notice of the State Administration of market supervision on the implementation requirements of the administration of transforming the production license of explosion proof electrical products into compulsory product certification

According to the requirements of the decision of the State Council on further reducing the catalogue of industrial product production license management and simplifying the examination and approval procedures (GF [2018] No. 33), the General Administration of market supervision has decided to change the production license of explosion-proof electrical products from production license to compulsory product certification (CCC). In order to ensure the smooth implementation of CCC certification and smooth and orderly work connection, the relevant requirements are announced as follows:
